同伴教学在麻醉学专业本科生毕业实习教学中的应用 被引量:6

The Application of Peer Instruction Method in Clinical Practice Teaching for Undergraduates Majoring in Anesthesiology

摘要 目的:探讨同伴教学在麻醉学专业本科生毕业实习教学中的应用。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年9月温州医科大学附属第一医院毕业实习的麻醉学专业本科生40名,随机分为对照组和同伴教学组,每组20名。16周后比较2组实习生基本理论知识、临床思维能力和临床技能成绩,并评价学生对教学方法满意度。结果:与传统教学对照组比较,同伴教学组基本理论知识(83.7±3.5 vs 86.6±4.0,P=0.021)、临床思维能力(77.2±4.2 vs 81.5±4.2,P=0.003)和临床技能考核(82.6±4.7 vs 87.5±3.4,P=0.001)成绩更好,学生对教学方法评价更高(P<0.05)。结论:同伴教学模式显著提高麻醉学专业本科生毕业实习教学效果。 [Objective]To investigate the application of peer instruction method in clinical practice teaching for undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology. [Method] From September 2017 to September 2019, forty undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology who were involved in clinical practice in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were randomized into a control group and a peer instruction group, with 20 students in each group. After 16 weeks, the scores of the basic theoretical knowledge, clinical thinking ability and clinical skill of the two groups were recorded, and the students’ satisfaction with the teaching methods was also evaluated.[Result]Compared with control group, the peer instruction group had higher scores on basic theoretical knowledge(83.7±3.5 vs 86.6±4.0, P=0.021), clinical thinking ability(77.2±4.2 vs 81.5±4.2, P=0.003), and clinical skills(82.6±4.7 vs 87.5±3.4, P=0.001), and the students appraised higher the peer instruction methods(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Compared with traditional teaching methods, the peer instruction method significantly improves the teaching efficacy of clinical practice teaching for undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology.
