封堵防塌强抑制钻井液技术在征8井的应用 被引量:4

摘要 征8井是部署在准噶尔盆地车–莫古隆起南翼的一口重点预探井,针对其地质结构和钻井液技术难点,通过优选处理剂,形成了一种封堵防塌强抑制钻井液体系,并对其进行性能测试实验。结果表明,该体系具有流变性好、抑制能力强、护壁性好、滤失量低、抗温性强等性能,并运用多级随钻封堵技术和封堵成膜井壁修饰技术,提高地层承压能力,配合相应的现场钻井液维护处理工艺和处理措施,保证了征8井在钻进过程中井壁稳定,井身质量好,实现了安全高效钻进。 Well Zheng 8 is a key exploratory well deployed in the south of Che-Mo paleo uplift of Junggar basin.In view of its geological structure and drilling fluid technical difficulties,through the optimization of treatment agents,a kind of strong inhibition drilling fluid system for plugging and anti-collapse prevention was formed,and its performance test was carried out.The results indicate the system has good rheological property,strong inhibition ability,good wall protection property,low filtration rate and strong temperature resistance.Besides,by using multi-stage plugging while drilling technology and plugging film-forming borehole wall modification technology,the formation pressure bearing capacity is improved.In addition,in accordance with corresponding field drilling fluid maintenance-treatment process and treatment measures,the stable borehole and good bore quality are guaranteed in the drilling process of well Zheng 8,and therefore,the safe and efficient drilling is realized.
