摘要
管道运输已成为油气的主要运输方式,在管道的运行过程中及时准确发现管道泄漏是保障公共安全的重要手段,在室内输气环道上进行实验,采集不同工况下动态压力信号,对信号进行频谱分析,滤除泄漏信号背景噪音,研究其时域特征变化规律,总结了管道发生两点泄漏的信号特征。结果表明:在频域上两点泄漏与单点泄漏的信号能量在低频段占优,且当频率高时能量衰减越大,泄漏信号傅里叶变换后滤波频谱分析比较难以区分管道是否为单点或两点泄漏,但可判断出是否发生泄漏,两点泄漏动态压力信号强度与管道压力呈正相关的关系,同等压力条件下两点泄漏信号强度高于单点泄漏信号。实验结果可为泄漏信号的识别提供前期研究基础。
Pipeline transportation has become the main mode of transportation of oil and gas,found in time and accurately in the process of the operation of the pipeline pipe leakage is an important means of public security,in indoor gas ring road experiment,collecting dynamic pressure signal under different working conditions,the signal spectrum analysis,filter the background leakage signal noise,study its time domain features change rule,summarizes the signal features of pipeline leak occurs at two o'clock.The experimental results show that the two leakage and single point of leakage in frequency domain of signal energy at low frequencies dominant,and when the high frequency energy attenuation,the greater the leakage signal filtering after Fourier transform spectrum analysis is difficult to distinguish between the pipeline for single point or two,but can determine whether the leak,two dynamic pressure signal strength and pipeline leakage were positively correlated,the relationship between two points under the condition of equal pressure leakage signal strength higher than that of single point of leakage signal.The experimental results can provide a preliminary research basis for the identification of leakage signals.
