摘要
磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)作为一种无创性功能影像检查,可从分子水平研究疾病,从而达到监测病灶细胞密度和微循环改变的目的,目前已广泛应用于宫颈癌的诊断。随着DWI技术的发展,其在宫颈癌中的应用价值逐步增多。Ki-67反映肿瘤细胞增殖速率,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在恶性肿瘤患者中明显升高,两者在宫颈癌的发生发展中均具有重要意义,是宫颈癌重要的预后相关因素。通过DWI检查测量表观扩散系数(ADC)可一定程度反映Ki-67及VEGF水平,从而无创的预测宫颈癌的疾病转归情况,或将成为DWI的新应用热点。
Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(DWI),as a non-invasive functional imaging examination,can study the disease at the molecular level,so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring the changes of cell density and microcirculation in the lesion.It has been widely used in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.With the development of DWI technology,its application value in cervical cancer increases gradually.Ki-67 reflects the proliferation rate of tumor cells,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is significantly increased in patients with malignant tumors,both of which have important significance in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and are important prognostic factors of cervical cancer.The apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)measured by DWI can reflect Ki-67 and VEGF levels to a certain extent,so as to predict the disease outcome of cervical cancer non-invitingly,which may become a new hotspot of DWI application.
