摘要
文章旨在研究木薯完全替代玉米对肉鸭生长性能、胴体性状及血清生化指标的影响。试验将480只平均初始体重为(55.08±0.17)g的1日龄商品肉鸭随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复24只。T1组肉鸭在试验全期饲喂玉米型日粮,T2组肉鸭在1~21 d饲喂玉米型日粮,22~42 d饲喂木薯型日粮,T3组肉鸭在1~21 d饲喂木薯型日粮,22~42 d饲喂玉米型日粮,T4组在试验全期饲喂木薯型日粮。结果:T2组42 d肉鸭的体重及22~42 d和1~42 d平均日增重显著高于T1和T3组(P<0.05),而T3和T4组肉鸭1~42 d平均日采食量显著高于T1组(P<0.05)。T2组22~42 d肉鸭的料重比较T3组显著降低7.8%(P<0.05),1~42 d肉鸭料重比较T1组显著降低6.70%(P<0.05)。T2组肉鸭的胸肌占比较T3和T4组分别显著提高20.44%和23.05%(P<0.05),同时T1组肉鸭腹脂占比较T2和T4组分别显著提高20%和18.18%(P<0.05)。T1组肉鸭血清甘油三酯浓度较T2组显著提高22.51%(P<0.05),同时T1组肉鸭血清胆固醇浓度较T2和T4组分别显著提高24.07%和21.31%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,生长后期用木薯完全替代玉米可以改善肉鸭的日增重和饲料效率,降低腹脂沉积。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary cassava completely replacing maize on growth performance,carcass traits and serum biochemical indices of meat ducks.A total of 4801 d commercial ducks with an average initial body weight of(55.08±0.17)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 24 ducks per replicate.Ducks in group T1 were fed corn-type diet during the whole experiment period,ducks in group T2 were fed corn-type diet during 1~21 d,cassava diet during 22~42 d,ducks in group T3 were fed cassava-type diet during 1~21 d,corn diet during 22~42 d,and ducks in group T4 were fed cassava diet during the whole experiment period.RESULTS:Body weight and average daily gain during 22~42 days and 1~42 days in T2 group were significantly higher than those in T1 and T3 groups(P<0.05),while average daily feed intake during 1~42 days in T3 and T4 groups was significantly higher than that in T1 group(P<0.05).The feed/gain of meat ducks in T2 group during 22~42 days was significantly decreased by 7.8%0(P<0.05),and the feed/gain of meat ducks in T1 group during 1~42 days was significantly decreased by 6.70%(P<0.05).The breast muscle content in groups T3 and T4 was significantly increased by 20.44%and 23.05%(P<0.05),respectively,and the abdominal fat content in group T1 was significantly increased by 20%and 18.18%(P<0.05),respectively,compared with that in groups T2 and T4.Compared with T2 group,the serum triglyceride concentration of meat ducks in T1 group was significantly increased by 22.51%(P<0.05),while the serum cholesterol concentration of meat ducks in T1 group was significantly increased by 24.07%and 21.31%(P<0.05)compared with T2 and T4 groups,respectively.Conclusions:under the condition of this experiment,the replacement of maize with cassava can improve the daily gain and feed efficiency of meat ducks,and reduce abdominal fat deposition.
