锥形束CT辅助诊断右上颌第二磨牙双腭根1例报告并文献回顾

Right maxillary second molar with two palatal roots diagnosed by cone beam computed tomography:a case report and literature review

摘要 根管预备清理的目的是消除根管内感染,从而促进根尖周组织愈合。充分了解根管解剖结构是提高根管治疗成功率的重要前提,遗漏根管或遗漏额外的牙根可能导致预后不佳甚至治疗失败[1]。上颌磨牙常见解剖结构为独立3根,近颊根有1或2个根管,远颊根和腭根通常各有1个根管。极少数情况下,可能会存在额外根管或牙根[2],这使得治疗过程更加复杂化。
