摘要
Salusins具有降压、减缓心率、促进血管平滑肌增殖、增加心肌细胞内钙离子浓度、诱导多种基因表达、促进垂体释放精氨酸后叶加压素等多种作用。研究发现Salusin-β与心血管疾病(CVD)的关系密切。本文就Salusin-β在CVD中的作用及其机制做一综述,旨在为CVD的诊断及治疗提供新靶点。
Salusins can reduce blood pressure and heart rate,promote proliferation of vascular smooth muscle,increase calcium ion concentration in cardiomyocytes,induce expression of various genes,and promote release of arginine vasopressin from pituitary.Studies have found that Salusin-βis closely related to cardiovascular diseases(CVD).The present article makes a review on the role and mechanism of Salusin-βin CVD,aiming at providing a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of CVD.
