摘要
轻量化是机载装置的重要设计指标和导向。为了验证某型机载装置构件在采用碳纤维复合材料轻量化设计后的性能指标,对该型碳纤维复合材料构件结构,工艺进行了优化,并通过试验方法考核其强度,用试验数据验证了优化后的构件强度性能明显优于优化前的构件。通过对高性能碳纤维复合材料在主承力件上的应用研究为机载装置轻量化奠定一定基础。
Lightweight is an important design index and guidance of airborne equipment.In order to verify the performance index of a certain type of airborne equipment component after the lightweight design of CFRP,the study optimizes the structure and technology of the component,and testes its strength through test method.According to the test data,the performance of optimized component strength has been proved obviously better than the former.By the application research of high performance CFPR on the main load bearing component,the paper lays the foundation for the research of lightweight airborne equipment.
