摘要
基于国家知识产权局专利检索平台与中国专利全文平台,利用组合赋权-关联网络模型设计一种专利挖掘分析技术路径,通过构建专利数据库对打包机械技术相关专利进行量化研究。结果表明,中国打包机械技术发展历经五个阶段,目前处于技术再发展阶段且逐步受到关注。产业技术创新研发趋势在宏观区域层面,区域研发实力由弱到强可划分为5个聚类,且呈现局部集中度高、发展及分布不均的特点,长江与珠江三角洲区域研发实力强劲;在中观省市层面,江苏省、浙江省、广东省为技术输出重镇;在微观竞争主体层面,该领域核心技术主要掌握在民营和股份制企业手中,各竞争个体研发实力集中度分散,整体创新程度不高,尚未形成研发技术联盟。产业技术机会分析显示,该技术领域的创新难度较以往相对增大,整体发展潜力有所下降;其中捆扎机械零部件和打包箱是现阶段该领域聚焦关键技术;其关联项有可能成为未来技术机会。
Based on the patent search platform of the state intellectual property office and the Chinese patent full-text platform,a patent mining and analysis technology path was designed using the combined empowerment-associated network model,and the quantitative research on patents related to packaging machinery technology was carried out by building a patent database.The results show that the development of packaging machinery technology in my country has gone through five stages,and it is currently in the stage of technological redevelopment and is gradually receiving attention.The research and development trend of industrial technology innovation is at the macro-regional level.The regional research and development strength can be divided into 5 clusters from weak to strong,and it shows the characteristics of high local concentration,uneven development and uneven distribution.The Yangtze River and Pearl River Delta regions have strong research and development strength;at the provincial and municipal level,Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province,and Guangdong Province are the key technology export centers;at the level of micro-competitive entities,the core technology in this field is mainly in the hands of private and joint-stock enterprises.The concentration of research and development strength of each competitive individual is scattered,and the overall degree of innovation not high and has not yet formed a research and development technology alliance.The analysis of industrial technology opportunities shows that the difficulty of innovation in this technical field is relatively greater than in the past,and the overall development potential has decreased;among them,bundling mechanical parts and packaging boxes are the key technologies in this field at this stage;Its related items may become future technologies opportunity.
