摘要
番茄环纹斑点病毒(tomato zonate spot virus,TZSV)是严重危害辣椒、番茄和烟草等经济作物的番茄斑萎病毒科病毒,选育抗病品种是防治TZSV的重要途径之一。本试验采用室内摩擦接种、病情指数调查、间接酶联免疫吸附法(ID-ELISA)对40个辣椒栽培品种进行TZSV抗性评价。结果表明,丰达108、海南黄灯笼椒对TZSV表现为抗病(R);大果灯笼椒表现为感病(S);其余37个品种表现为高感(HS)。
Tomato zonate spot virus(TZSV)is a virus causing serious damage to cash crops including pepper,tomato and tobacco,etc.Breeding varieties resistant to TZSV is one of the most effective ways to control the TZSV-caused diseases.Taking indoor mechanical inoculation,survey of disease index,and indirect enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ID-ELISA),this experiment conducted evaluation on the TZSV resistance of 40 capsicum cultivars.The results showed that‘Fengda 108’‘Hainan Hongdenglongjiao’showed resistance to TZSV;‘Daguodenglongjiao’was susceptible,and the rest 37 cultivars were high-susceptible.
