Study on Main Influencing Parameters of Electromagnetic Interference in Variable Frequency Speed Regulation System

摘要 针对多电平变频调速系统传导电磁干扰(Electromagnetic Interference, EMI)频域模型十分复杂的问题,提出巨变灵敏度简化频域模型的方法。通过分析传导干扰流通路径,建立传导干扰频域模型,采用巨变灵敏度分析方法,删除对电路干扰影响程度较小的寄生参数支路,得到最终简化后的频域模型,同时对简化模型进行EMI预测分析,得到双三电平变频调速系统传导电压干扰频谱。通过实验,证明了以巨变灵敏度思想简化频域模型方法的准确性和有效性。 Aiming at the problem that the conducted electromagnetic interference(EMI)frequency domain model of the multi-level variable speed control system is very complex,the paper presents a method of the simplified frequency-domain model based on the large change sensitivity.By analyzing the flow path of conducted interference,the conducted interference frequency domain model is established,and the method of drastically changed sensitivity analysis is adopted to delete the parasitic parameter branch that has less influence on the circuit interference,and the final simplified frequency domain model is obtained.By EMI prediction and analysis,the conduction voltage interference spectrum of the double three-level variable frequency speed control system is obtained.Finally,through experiments,the accuracy and effectiveness of the method of simplifying the frequency domain model with the idea of huge change sensitivity are proved.
