摘要
泗人沟铅锌矿由于矿脉较薄,且矿脉在走向、倾向上连续性较差。因此,采用坑探与坑内钻探相结合的方式,很好的控制了矿脉在空间内的展布,为下一步的回采提供了保障。通过采用上向巷道式干式充填法,采场生产能力由原来削壁充填法的30 t/d提高到70 t/d。贫化率由原来的40%降低到目前的10%以下。同时实现了“机械化换人、自动化减人”,降低了人工使用成本,达到了“减员、增效、提质、保安全”的目的。
The Sirengou lead-zinc deposit is due to the thin veins,and the continuity of the veins in direction and tendency is poor.Therefore,the combination of pit exploration and pit drilling can well control the distribution of ore veins in the space and provide a guarantee for the next stoping.By adopting the upward roadway dry filling method,the production capacity of the stope is increased from 30 t/d to 70 t/d from the original cutting wall filling method.The poverty rate has been reduced from the original 40%to the current 10%.At the same time,it has realized"mechanized substitution,automated reduction of personnel",reduced labor costs,and achieved the goal of"reducing personnel,increasing efficiency,improving quality,and ensuring safety".
