摘要
危险化学品安全培训是化工聚集区建设员工安全文化和保障安全生产的关键基础。文章采用鱼刺图法分析化工聚集区存在的安全培训制度不完善、培训意识淡薄、模式单一、缺乏有效考核机制等关键问题;建立系统型八步培训与化工聚集区危险化学品安全培训的关联性,从树立安全培训理念、明确培训目标、完善培训机构、制定培训计划、认真聘选培训教师、提高培训积极性、培训信息反馈和改进提高等八个方面建立化工聚集区危险化学品安全培训机制,为化工企业与聚集区安全培训能力提升与安全文化建设打下坚实基础。
The safety training of hazardous chemicals is the key foundation to improve the construction of safety culture and ensure the safety production of employees in the chemical gathering area.In this paper,the fish bone chart method is used to analyze the key problems in the chemical gathering area,such as imperfect safety training system,weak training consciousness,single mode and lack of effective assessment mechanism.The correlations of a systematic eight-step training and chemical gathering area hazardous chemical safety training is established,and the eight-step training includes setting up the concept of safety training,defining training goals,perfecting training organization,developing training plans,seriously engaging training teachers,improving training enthusiasm,strengthening information feedback and keeping improvement.
