摘要
目的了解北京市海淀区住宿类公共场所基本卫生情况和主要健康危害因素,为加强公共场所卫生管理提供参考依据。方法 2019年在北京市海淀区随机选取了15家住宿类公共场所,进行基本情况调查,空气质量、公共用品用具等健康危害因素监测以及从业人员卫生知识知晓情况调查。结果监测的15家住宿场所的37份噪声样品合格30份,合格率为81.1%。空气质量各项检测指标的合格率在86.5%~100.0%之间,其中二甲苯合格率最低,为86.5%,其次为CO_(2)(89.2%)、甲苯(97.3%)。公共用品用具的检测指标中,菌落总数、大肠菌群和金黄色葡萄球菌的合格率均为100.0%,只有毛巾的pH值合格率为20.0%。星级酒店与快捷酒店各监测指标合格率比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。从业人员对"自动扶梯扶手或电梯轿厢""座椅扶手"和"自动售票机、取票机"被污染能传播疾病的知晓率普遍较低。结论 2019年北京市海淀区住宿场所检测中有不合格样品,存在一定的健康隐患,需进一步加强卫生监管力度和对从业人员卫生知识的培训,保障公众健康。
Objective To understand the basic sanitary conditions and main health hazard factors of accommodation public places in Haidian District of Beijing,provide reference for strengthening the health management of public places. Methods In 2019,15 accommodation public places were randomly selected in Haidian District of Beijing to carry out basic sanitary conditions survey,monitoring of health hazard factors such as air quality,public supplies and investigation of health knowledge awareness of employees. Results Totally 30 of 37 noise samples from 15 accommodation places monitored were qualified,with the qualified rate of 81.1%. The qualified rates of air quality testing indicators were between 86.5% and 100.0%,and the qualified rate of xylene was the lowest(86.5%),followed by CO_(2)(89.2%) and toluene(97.3%). Among the testing indicators of public goods and appliances,the qualified rates of total bacterial count,coliform and Staphylococcus aureus were 100.0%,but the qualified rate of pH value of towel was only 20%. The differences in the qualified rates of testing indicators were not statistically significant between star hotels and fast hotels( all P > 0. 05). Employees generally had a low awareness rates of the potential transmission of diseases by polluted "escalator handrails or elevator boxes","seat handrails" and "ticket vending machines and ticket fetching machines".Conclusion There are unqualified samples in the testing of accommodation places in Haidian District of Beijing in 2019,which have certain health risks. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the health supervision and the training of health knowledge for employees in order to protect public health.
