ATP抗肿瘤药物敏感性检测技术在卵巢癌临床治疗中的应用价值研究

摘要 目的探讨ATP抗肿瘤药物敏感性检测技术在卵巢癌患者临床治疗中的应用价值.方法选择我院在2018年6月~2020年6月期间收治的50例卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,采集其术后新鲜病理组织共计50份,通过ATP抗肿瘤药物敏感性检测技术对七种九组化疗药物开展体外药敏试验,观察其对卵巢癌的敏感分级以及体外有效率,并且对药敏结果在临床疗效中的诊断效能进行分析.结果在单一用药中,紫杉醇和羟基喜树碱对卵巢癌的体外有效率最高,均达到30.00%,其次为吉西他滨、卡铂和诺维本,体外有效率分别为26.00%、22.00%和22.00%;联合用药的体外有效率均要高于单一用药,其中吉西他滨+顺铂的体外有效率最高,为64.00%.ATP抗肿瘤药物敏感性检测技术在卵巢癌治疗临床疗效检测的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为91.13%、92.05%、95.11%、86.08%.结论在卵巢癌患者的临床治疗中,ATP抗肿瘤药物敏感性检测技术具有良好的应用价值,其体外药敏结果在卵巢癌患者的临床治疗效果具有良好的诊断效能,可为患者的个体化化疗治疗带来良好的指导作用. Objective To explore the application value of ATP anti-tumor drug sensitivity detection technology in the clinical treatment of patients with ovarian cancer.Method 50 cases of ovarian cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and a total of 50 fresh pathological tissues were collected from the postoperative fresh pathological tissues.Seven kinds of nine groups were detected by ATP anti-tumor drug sensitivity detection technology.Chemotherapy drugs carry out in vitro susceptibility tests to observe their sensitivity grading to ovarian cancer and in vitro effectiveness,and analyze the diagnostic efficacy of susceptibility results in clinical efficacy.Result Among the single drugs,paclitaxel and hydroxycamptothecin have the highest in vitro effective rates for ovarian cancer,both reaching 30.00%,followed by gemcitabine,carboplatin and navelbine,with in vitro effective rates of 26.00%,22.00%and 22.00;The in vitro effective rate of the combination drug is higher than that of the single drug,among which gemcitabine+cisplatin has the highest in vitro effective rate,which is 64.00%.ATP-sensitive detection sensitivity of anticancer drugs in clinical detection of ovarian cancer efficacy,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value of 91.13%,92.05%,95.11%,86.08%.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer patients,the ATP anti-tumor drug sensitivity detection technology has good application value.It's in vitro drug sensitivity results have good diagnostic efficacy in the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer patients,and can be individualized chemotherapy treatments for patients Bring good guidance.
