摘要
目的分析腔镜器械清洗消毒灭菌护理管理效果。方法本次研究对我院使用的腔镜资料进行回顾性分析,于2016年11月—2017年11月选取150件腔镜,实施常规护理管理,作为对照组,于2017年12月—2018年12月选取150件腔镜,对既往发生的差错事件进行总结,在对照组基础上加强护理管理,作为观察组,使用SPSS 20.0统计学软件比较两组护理管理效果。结果观察组消毒灭菌合格率94.00%、器械包装合格率96.67%,均高于对照组的82.00%、90.67%(χ^(2)=10.227、4.551,P<0.05)。结论在腔镜器械清洗消毒灭菌中加强护理管理,可提高器械灭菌合格率以及包装合格情况。
Objective To analyze the nursing management effect of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of endoscopic instruments.Methods This study retrospectively analyzed the data of endoscopes used in our hospital.From November 2016 to November 2017,150 pieces of endoscopes were selected for routine nursing management as the control group,and 150 pieces of endoscopes from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected to summarize the previous error events,and strengthen nursing management on the basis of the control group.As the observation group,SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used for comparison two groups of nursing management effect.Results The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization in the observation group was 94.00%,and the qualified rate of instrument packaging was 96.67%,which were significantly higher than 82.00%and 90.67%of the control group(χ^(2)=10.227,4.551,P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nursing management in cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of endoscopic instruments can significantly improve the qualified rate of instrument sterilization and packaging.
