摘要
羊肚菌是药食两用菌,多糖是其主要功能成分之一,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、抗菌、降血脂和调节免疫等多种功能活性。本研究对羊肚菌多糖提取工艺进行综述,为羊肚菌多糖的开发应用和进一步研究提供参考。
Morehella esculenta is a kind of edible mushroom used both as medicine and food,and the polysaccharides was one of the main functional bioactive components of Morehella esculenta.Such polysaccharides have many physiological functions,for example,oxidation resistance,anti-aging,anti-tumor,antifatigue,antibacterial,hypolipidemic,regulating immunity and so on.Based on the literature learning method and summarization,the domestic research progresses on the extraction of Morehella esculentapolysaccharides were reviewed,which provided a reference for Morehella esculentapolysaccharides further research and development.
