摘要
目的:研究个性化轮岗培训模式对提升管理岗新员工岗位胜任力的效果。方法:以某三级肿瘤专科医院2019年13名管理岗新入职员工为培训对象,根据员工的教育背景和职业发展方向,个性化地制定轮岗培训方案,各轮岗科室按照职能任务制定科室培训计划。结果:完成全部轮岗培训计划的占69.2%,完成部分培训计划的占30.8%。员工对轮岗培训工作总体满意度为92.31%,科室对轮岗培训工作总体满意度为94.12%。结论:个性化的轮岗培训方案得到科室和员工的一致认可。根据员工的教育背景和职业发展方向,制定个性化轮岗培训方案,通过轮岗培训提升员工岗位胜任力。根据培训反馈合理安排员工定岗科室,提升了人岗匹配度。
Objective:To study an effect of an individualized rotation training mode on improving post competency of new employees in management positions.Methods:This paper takes 13 employees,who were joined in 2019,in the management positions of a Grade Ⅲ tumor hospital as training objects,and individualizes rotation training schemes of these employees according to educational backgrounds and career development directions thereof.Further,respective rotation departments develop training plans according to corresponding functional tasks.Results:69.2% of these employees totally completed all rotation training programs and the remaining 30.8% partially completed the training programs,and overall satisfaction of the employees with the rotation training is 92.31% and overall satisfaction of the departments with the rotation training is 94.12%.Conclusion:the individualized rotation training is recognized by both the employees and departments,the post competency of the employees is enhanced in the rotation training by individualizing the rotation training schemes of these employees according to the educational backgrounds and career development directions thereof,and matching of employees and positions is improved by determining the positions of the employees according to training feedback.
