摘要
目的:对比分析关节镜下Fiber Tape环形固定与开放内固定治疗前交叉韧带下止点撕脱骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月于本院治疗的70例前交叉韧带下止点撕脱骨折患者,采用电脑随机抽样法分为研究组和对照组,每组35例。研究组接受关节镜下Fiber Tape环形固定治疗,对照组接受开放内固定治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术前和术后6个月的Lysholm、IKDC评分和关节活动度。结果:研究组的手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前Lysholm、IKDC评分和关节活动度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,两组Lysholm、IKDC评分和关节活动度均高于术前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统的开放内固定治疗方式相比,关节镜下Fiber Tape环形固定可以有效缩短前交叉韧带下止点撕脱骨折患者的手术时间和住院时间,促进患者膝关节功能的早期康复,改善患者的关节活动度。
Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopic Fiber Tape ring fixation and open internal fixation in the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures.Method:A total of 70 patients with anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected,they were divided into study group and control group by computer random sampling,with 35 patients in each group.The study group received Arthroscopic Fiber Tape ring fixation treatment,the control group received open internal fixation.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay were compared between the two groups,the Lysholm scores,IKDC scores and range of motion before and 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time,hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Lysholm score,IKDC score and range of motion between the two groups before operation (P>0.05);at 6 months after surgery,Lysholm,IKDC scores and range of motion were higher in both groups than those before surgery,and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional open internal fixation treatment,the arthroscopic Fiber Tape ring fixation can effectively shorten the operation time and hospital stay of patients with anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures,and promote the early rehabilitation of knee joint function,improve the joint range of motion in patients.
