摘要
目的探讨咳嗽抑制训练对肺癌术后患者持续性咳嗽症状的影响效果。方法选取2020年5-6月入住我院的106例肺癌术后患者,将5月收治的53例患者为对照组,6月收治的53例患者为观察组。对照组患者接受2个月的咳嗽常规护理措施,观察组患者接受2个月的咳嗽抑制训练干预。分别于出院时、术后1个月及术后2个月时,比较两组患者在咳嗽积分、疼痛评分及咳嗽相关生存质量评分的差异。结果干预1个月及2个月后,在持续性咳嗽发生情况的2个维度中观察组患者日间积分和夜间积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.01);在咳嗽相关生存质量评分的3个维度中,观察组患者的生理得分和心理得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但社会得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论咳嗽抑制训练可降低肺癌术后患者的咳嗽程度、疼痛程度,提高咳嗽相关的生存质量,为肺癌术后患者的咳嗽症状管理提供了有效的理论依据,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of cough suppression therapy on cough symptoms of patients from postoperative lung cancer.Methods A total of 106 patients in our hospital from May to June 2020 were selected.53 patients with lung cancer treated in May were selected as the control group,and 53 patients with lung cancer treated in June were selected as the observation group.The control group received 2 months of cough routine nursing measures,the observation group received 2 months of cough suppression therapy intervention.At discharge,1 month and 2 months after operation,the cough score,pain score and cough-related quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After one month and two months of intervention,the daytime and nighttime scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in the two dimensions of persistent cough(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).In the three dimensions of cough-related quality of life score,the physiological and psychological scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in social score(P>0.05).Conclusion Cough suppression therapy can reduce the degree of cough and pain in patients after lung cancer surgery,improve the quality of life related to cough,and provide an effective theoretical basis for the management of cough symptoms in patients after lung cancer surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
