摘要
预算绩效管理是政府绩效管理的组成部分之一,是政府治理的重要工具。本文基于中国知网数据库政府预算绩效管理主题的相关文献,运用CiteSpace分析软件,从发文趋势、期刊载文量、研究作者、研究机构等方面了解政府预算绩效管理主题文献整体研究状况,根据关键词共现知识图谱探索政府预算绩效管理研究的热点主题,通过对突现术语的辨别预测政府预算绩效管理研究的前沿趋势。未来应从概念、视角、内容及方法等领域进行深入研究,为政府预算绩效管理实践提供借鉴,以服务于新时代国家全面预算绩效管理改革。
Budget performance management is one of the components of government performance management and an important tool of government governance.Based on the related literature on the subject of government budget performance management in CNKI database,this paper uses Cite Space analysis software to understand the overall research status of government budget performance management literature from the aspects of publishing trend,journal volume,research authors and research institutions,and explores the hot topics of government budget performance management research according to the key words co-occurrence knowledge map,Through the identification of emergent terms,this paper predicts the frontier trend of government budget performance management research.In the future,we should conduct in-depth research in the fields of concept,perspective,content and method to provide reference for the practice of government budget performance management,so as to serve the national comprehensive budget performance management reform in the new era.
