摘要
目的探讨不同分子分型乳腺癌的临床病理特征及预后的相关危险因素。方法选取2018年5月至2019年12月驻马店市中心医院收治的128例乳腺癌患者作为研究样本,对患者的相关临床资料展开回顾性分析。比较分析不同分子分型(三阴型、导管A型、导管B型、人表皮生长因子受体2过表达型)乳腺癌患者的临床特征,包括病理类型、肿瘤直径、肿瘤分期、远处转移、组织分级、靶向治疗、生存情况。对乳腺癌患者预后的影响因素展开多因素回归分析。结果不同分子分型乳腺癌患者的肿瘤长径、组织分级、生存情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同分子分型乳腺癌患者的病理类型、肿瘤分期、远处转移、靶向治疗等临床特征比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。肿瘤分期是影响乳腺癌患者预后的独立危险因素。结论不同分子分型乳腺癌患者的临床特征存在明显的差异,且三阴型、导管B型乳腺癌患者的预后更差。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics and prognotic factors of breast cancer molecular typing.Methods From May 2018 to December 2019,128 cases of breast cancer were diagnosed and treated in Zhumadian Central Hospital were selected as research samples.The clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively.The clinical characteristics of breast cancer patients with different molecular types(three-negative type,catheter type A,catheter type B,human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 overexpression type),including pathological type,tumor diameter,tumor stage,distant metastasis,tissue grading,targeted therapy,survival.Multi-factor regression were analyzed comparatively.The influencing factors of breast cancer patients’prognosis was conducted.Results There were significant differences in tumor diameter,histological grade and survival of patients with different molecular types of breast cancer(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in pathological types,tumor staging,distant metastasis,targeted therapy or other clinical features of patients with different molecular types of breast cancer(P>0.05).Tumor stage is an independent risk factor for the prognosis of breast cancer patients.Conclusions The clinical characteristics of breast cancer patients with different molecular types are obviously different,and the prognosis of patients with triple negative and catheter B breast cancer is worse.
