摘要
文章总结国医大师张琪教授在治疗眩晕中应用风药的临床经验。张琪教授认为眩晕病机复杂,临床多见夹有风邪致病,无论是肝阳化风所致内风,亦或是虚邪贼风所致外风,皆会导致清窍被蒙、被扰、失养,故而发为眩晕。文章结合风药特性及分类,总结张琪教授用药特点,善于在肝阳上亢、气血亏虚、瘀血阻窍、痰浊上蒙、肾精不足型眩晕中酌加风药,以期为治疗本病提供更广阔的思路。
This article summarizes the clinical experience of professor ZHANG Qi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,in treating vertigo with wind medicine.According to professor ZHANG Qi,the pathogenesis of vertigo is complex,and wind pathogen is common in clinic.Whether it is the internal wind caused by the wind of liver yang transformation,or the external wind caused by the wind of deficiency and evil,it will cause the brain to be covered,disturbed and deprived of nourishment,so it will become dizzy.Combined with the characteristics and classification of wind medicine,the article summarizes the characteristics of professor ZHANG Qi’s medication,and is good at adding wind medicine to the vertigo of hyperactivity of liveryang,deficiency of qi and blood,obstruction of orifices by blood stasis,stagnating-up of phlegm and deficiency of kidney essence,in order to provide a broader idea for the treatment of this disease.
