农产品供应链质量安全溯源体系的构建--以紫阳县富硒茶为例 被引量:6

摘要 食源性农产品质量安全问题频发的原因,主要在于农产品供应链的信息不对称,而造成这一信息不对称问题的根源,则在于农产品供应链信息流的断裂。文中以我国陕西国家级特色农产品优势区域品牌——紫阳富硒茶为例,利用现代信息技术、物联网、快速响应矩阵码、数据库等,构建了农产品供应链质量安全溯源体系,实现了紫阳富硒茶产品供信息流的全寿命周期可追溯。该体系可实现紫阳富硒茶农产品上下游产品流向及产品生产细节追溯,增强了产品供应链信息流透明度。 The information asymmetry in the supply chain of agricultural products is the main reason for the frequent quality and safety problems of foodborne agricultural products,and the root cause of this informa-tion asymmetry problem lies in the rupture of the information flow in the supply chain of agricultural products.This paper takes Ziyang selenium-rich tea,a national featured agricultural product advantage regional brand in Shaanxi Province,as an example,and uses modern information technology,Internet of Things,rapid response matrix code,database,etc.,to build the quality and safety traceability system of agricultural product supply chain,realizing the full life cycle traceability of Ziyang selenium-rich tea farmers'product supply information flow.This system can realize the upstream and downstream product flow and production details traceability of Ziyang se-rich tea farmers'products,and enhance the transparency of information flow of agricultural products supply chain.
