摘要
“十四五”开局之年,教育信息化发展迈上了新征程,教育信息化战略规划的价值日益凸显,全国掀起了研制教育信息化战略规划的浪潮。在此背景下,文章首先回顾了教育信息化战略规划的历史演变,把其分为萌芽、起步、发展和成熟等四个阶段;然后探讨了教育信息化战略规划的六个基本规律与六大发展态势,剖析了“十四五”期间教育信息化战略规划面临的三大战略机遇与五大战略挑战;最后建议“十四五”期间教育信息化战略瞄准八大突破口。未来需要增强教育信息化战略规划的研制工作,加快推进以信息化为支撑引领教育治理现代化。
In the first year of the 14th Five-year Plan,the development of educational informatization has stepped into a new journey.The value of educational informationization strategic planning has become increasingly prominent,and a wave of developing educational informationization strategic planning has been set off all over the country.Under this context,the paper firstly reviewed the historical evolution of educational informationization strategic planning,and divided it into four stages of germination,start-up,development and maturity.The six basic laws and six development trends of educational informationization strategic planning were discussed,and the three strategic opportunities and five strategic challenges faced by the educational informationization strategic planning during the 14th Five-year Plan period were analyzed.Finally,it was suggested that the education informationization strategy should aim at eight breakthroughs during the 14th Five-year Plan period,and the development effort of educational informationization strategic planning should be strengthened,and the modernization of educational governance supported by informationization should be accelerated.
