摘要
目的探讨“集散式”远程医疗在男性不育中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月~2020年1月南昌市生殖医院就诊的100例男性不育弱精症患者的临床资料,按照不同干预方式分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施面对面医疗模式,观察组实施“集散式”远程医疗模式,比较两组的满意度、费用支出和时间情况。结果两组治疗后的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组就诊花费时间短于对照组,且医疗费用低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的就诊总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在男性不育就诊中实施“集散式”远程医疗可以缩短患者就诊时间,减少医疗费用支出并提高满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the application value of″distributed″telemedicine in male infertility.Methods A retrospective analysis 100 male infertility and asthenospermia patients who were treated in Nanchang Reproductive Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different intervention methods,50 cases in each group.The control group implemented face-to-face medical treatment.the observation group implemented the″distributed″telemedicine model,the satisfaction,expenditure and time of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The mediccal visits time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group and medical expenses was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of″distributed″telemedicine in male infertility visits can shorten the time of patients′visits,reduce medical expenses and increase the satisfaction rate,which is worthy of application.
