摘要
目的:分析推拿手法治疗颈型颈椎病的选穴规律及配伍特点,为临床治疗本病提供参考。方法:检索建库至2020年6月1日中国知网、万方及维普数据库收录的推拿手法治疗颈型颈椎病的相关文献,运用Excel及中医传承辅助平台软件分析数据。结果:共纳入文献102篇,取穴应用频数最多的为风池、肩井、风府,使用频数居前三的经脉为足少阳胆经、手太阳小肠经、督脉,取穴所在位置主要集中在头面颈项部、肩背部,特定穴以交会穴、五输穴数量居多,核心穴位组合以肩井、肩贞、大椎、曲池为首,风池和肩井、风池和风府、风池和天宗是推拿手法治疗颈型颈椎病使用频数较高的腧穴配伍。结论:推拿手法治疗颈型颈椎病具有注重颈肩局部取穴、侧重阳经取穴、偏重特定穴应用的规律特点。
Objective:To analyze the law of acupoint selection and compatibility characteristics of massage manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical type,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Literature related to massage manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases until June 1,2020,and data was analyzed by Excel and TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software.Results:A total of 102 articles were included in the literature.The most frequently used channels were Fengchi(GB20),Jianjing(G21)and Fengfu(GV16).The meridians with the highest frequency were Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian,Hand-Taiyang Small Intestine Meridian and Du Meridian.The location of acupoints was mainly concentrated in the head,neck and shoulder back,and the number of Inserting Point and Wu Shu Xue were in the majority in specific points.The combination of core acupoints was led by Jianjing(G21),Jianzhen(S19),Dazhui(DU14)and Quchi(LI11),The combination of Fengchi(G20)and Jianjing(G21),Fengchi(G20)and Fengfu(GV16),Fengchi(G16)and Tianzong(SI11)were the combination of acupoints with high frequency of massage for cervical spondylosis.Conclusion:Massage therapy for cervical spondylosis of cervical type has the characteristics of focus on local acupoint selection of neck and shoulder,acupoint selection of lateral Chongyang meridian,and emphasizing the application of specific acupoints.
