摘要
当前,在我国整体经济走势从需求侧转向供给侧的改革背景下,大学生创业成为我国社会发展中的新生命,是深化创新的一支重要力量。各级政府近年来不断加大力度推进高校创新创业工作并取得一定成效,但在实施过程中仍存在一些问题,需要结合供给侧改革加以改进并持续推进大学生创业工作。政府和社会需要从供给侧结构性改革视角入手,深入研究当前大学生创业中存在的风险及问题,对当前大学生创业能力培养、项目选择、资源配置、资金筹措等方面给予扶持,更好地保障大学生创业工作落到实处。
At present,under the background of China's overall economic trend from the demand side to the supply side,college students'entrepreneurship has become a new life in China's social development and an important force in deepening innovation.Governments at all levels have continuously increased their efforts to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in universities and achieved certain results,but there are still some problems in the implementation process,which need to be improved in conjunction with supply-side reforms and continue to promote the entrepreneurship of college students in recent years.It is better ensure that the entrepreneurial work of college students is implemented and in-depth advance the supply-side reform.The government and society need to start from the perspective of supply-side—structural reforms,conduct in-depth research on the risks and problems existing in college students'entrepreneurship,and combine the causes of the problems to provide support for college students'entrepreneurial ability training,project selection,resource allocation,and fund raising.
