PPP项目资金使用效率评价研究——基于全周期视角 被引量：3

摘要 文章以PPP项目清库整改为切入点,基于全周期视角,从PPP项目资金引入阶段、资金使用阶段和资金退出阶段三方面对PPP项目资金使用效率评价进行了探讨,并进一步构建了PPP项目资金使用效率评价体系,以为PPP项目资金使用效率评价提供参考。
