摘要
为解决广州地铁18号线轨道交通施工过程中工程线路长、体量大、机械多难以统筹管理的问题,提出一套基于BIM的轨道交通施工过程管理平台系统方案,并开发出成熟的系统应用于工程施工管理中。该平台通过把人员、材料、机械、环境信息从现场采集并与BIM模型集成在平台中,实现多信息的融合。重点解决了施工过程统一监测困难,人员、材料统一调配难度大,施工进度难以精准把控等问题。提高了施工过程管理的信息化和精准化程度。极大地方便了施工管理人员对长线工程现场的统筹管理,提高了管理的效率。
In order to solve the problems of long lines,large volumes and multiple machinery during the construction of Guangzhou Metro Line 18 rail transit,a BIM-based rail transit construction process management platform system was proposed and a mature system was developed,which was used in engineering construction management.The platforms realize the integration of information collecting from the construction site including personnel,materials,machinery and environmental information,and the BIM model.It focused on solving the problems of unified monitoring of the construction process,the difficulty of uniform deployment of personnel and materials,and the difficulty of precise control of the construction progress.lt improves the degree of informatization and precision of construction process management and greatly facilitates the overall management of long-line engineering sites by construction management personnel so that management efficiency is improved.
