皮肤镜在雄激素性脱发中的临床应用及研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 皮肤镜作为一种新型非侵入性技术,目前已被广泛使用,它具有无创、价格低廉、诊断迅速的优点。雄激素性脱发是最常见的一种脱发类型,在皮肤镜下有其特征性的表现,不仅可以辅助疾病的诊断,同时也提示了病情的严重程度,对于雄激素性脱发的鉴别诊断、疗效分析和治疗方案的选择和调整都具有十分重要的意义。本文将对皮肤镜在雄激素性脱发中的临床应用以及国内外皮肤镜的发展和研究现状做一综述。 As a new non-invasive technology,dermoscopy has been widely used.It has the advantages of noninvasive,low-cost and rapid diagnosis.Androgenetic alopecia is the most common type of alopecia,which has its own characteristics under the dermoscopy.It can not only assist the diagnosis of the disease,but also indicate the severity of AGA.It is of great significance for the differential diagnosis,curative effect analysis,and the selection and adjustment of treatment plans of androgenic alopecia.In this paper,the clinical applications of dermoscopy in androgen alopecia and the development and research status of dermoscopy at home and abroad were reviewed.
