摘要 作为环保制冷剂之一的R1234yf,其物性参数方面与R134a表现出相似的特征。R1234yf具有微弱的毒性和可燃性。文中分析了R1234yf冷凝传热、沸腾传热系数、压降与R134a的差异。与R134a相比,R1234yf换热性能相似,压降更小,可以通过回热器、强化补气技术及与R134a组成混合工质等方式增强其换热能力。 As one of the environmentally friendly refrigerants,R1234yf has similar characteristics with R134a in terms of physical parameters.R1234yf has weak toxicity and flammability.The difference between R1234yf's condensation heat transfer,boiling heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop with R134a is analyzed.Compared with R134a,R1234yf has a weaker heat transfer capacity and a smaller pressure drop.Heat transfer capacity can be enhanced with applying internal heat exchanger(IHX),economized vapor injection(EVI)or mixed refrigerant composed of R1234yf and R134a.
