摘要
金德铅业铅冶炼厂成立于2008年,并于2015年引进侧吹还原炉工艺生产,并大幅改进了粗炼系统,但铅电解系统、铜浮渣处理系统等还停留在多年前的生产工艺,员工劳动强度大,人员较多。结合世界上最大铜冶炼厂贵溪冶炼厂新系统智能化自动化改造的实践,现就铅冶炼厂扩建14万吨产能,实现智能化自动化生产,提出进行大极板电解、改造反射炉等改进措施。
Jinde lead smelter was established in 2008.In 2015,the side blowing reduction furnace process was introduced,and the roughing system was improved a lot.However,the lead electrolysis system and copper scum treatment system were still in the production process of more than 20 years ago,with high labor intensity and more staff.Combined with the practice of intelligent automation transformation of the new system in Guixi Smelter,the largest copper smelter in the world,this paper puts forward some improvement measures for the expansion of 140000 tons of production capacity of lead smelter and the realization of intelligent automation production,such as large plate electrolysis and the transformation of reverberatory furnace.
