摘要
中国对于水产品的需求量日益增加,由于水生生物具有很强的重金属富集能力,因此水生生物的重金属富集及人群有关的相关风险评价日益受到人们的关注。本研究对目前国内外相关学者的研究进行总结与分析,讨论了水生生物的重金属污染研究现状、富集及暴露评价等内容,强调了建立地区性的水生生物重金属富集与暴露风险评价的重要性。本研究可为后续水生经济生物对人体健康的风险评价和生态环境保护等方面的相关研究提供更为细致的理论支持,也可为消费者提供更完善的风险评估结果和消费建议。
The demand for aquatic products is increasing in China.Due to the strong ability for heavy metal accumulation of aquatic organisms,people paid increasing attention to the accumulation of heavy metals in aquatic organisms and the related risk assessment for human beings.This study summarized and analyzed the researches of relevant scholars at home and abroad,and then discussed the research status of heavy metal pollution in aquatic organisms,heavy metal accumulation of aquatic organisms and heavy metal exposure assessment of aquatic organisms.Besides,this study emphasized the importance of establishing regional accumulation and exposure risk assessment of heavy metal in aquatic organisms.This study can provide more detailed theoretical support for subsequent researches on the risk assessment of human health and ecological environmental protection caused by aquatic economic organisms,and can also provide more perfect risk assessment results and consumption suggestions for consumers.
