摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病孕妇毛细血管血糖检测中第1滴血与第2滴血的差异。方法选取该院2019年3月-2020年2月收治的116例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为研究对象,分别在空腹状态下与餐后2 h采集患者的指尖末梢第1滴血、第2滴血及静脉血标本,经临床比较评估毛细血管血糖监测中前2滴血的差异及效果。结果妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的空腹静脉血、指尖末梢第1滴血与第2滴血血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.350),并且餐后2 h静脉血、指尖末梢第1滴血与第2滴血血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.984)。不同血糖浓度中孕妇的空腹静脉血、指尖末梢第1滴血与第2滴血的血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。指尖末梢第1滴血、第2滴血与空腹静脉血所测定的血糖水平具有良好相关性(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇毛细血管血糖监测中第1滴血与第2滴血均具有满意准确性。
Objective To analyze the difference between the first drop of blood and the second drop of blood in the capillary blood glucose test of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 116 pregnant women with gestational diabetes in the hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The first drop of blood,the second drop of blood and venous blood samples were collected from the fingertips of the patients under fasting state and 2 h after meal,and were evaluated by clinical comparison of the difference and effect of the first two drops of blood in capillary blood glucose monitoring.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between fasting venous blood,the first drop of fingertip blood and the second drop of blood in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(P=0.350),and there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between blood and the second drop of blood,the venous blood and the first drop of fingertips 2 h after a meal(P=0.984).There was no significant difference in the blood glucose levels of pregnant women's fasting venous blood,the first drop of blood from the end of the fingertips and the second drop of blood in different blood glucose concentrations(P>0.05).The first drop of blood at the end of the fingertips,the second drop of blood,and fasting venous blood had a good correlation with blood glucose levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Both the first drop of blood and the second drop of blood in the capillary blood glucose monitoring of pregnant women with gestational diabetes have satisfactory accuracy.
