山区现浇箱梁跨越式支架受力分析与应用 被引量:1

FORCE ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION OF SPANNING SUPPORT FOR CAST-IN-SITU BOX GIRDER IN MOUNTAIN AREA

摘要 由于地形地质受限、墩柱过高或需要上跨道路等原因,部分现浇箱梁无法采用常规的满堂支架施工,从而导致施工费时、费材料等问题突出,施工质量难以得到保证。文中以云南山区某大跨径现浇箱梁为例,研究跨越式支架支撑体系的施工工艺流程、体系设计与应用,结果表明对于跨径20m,梁高1.4m的现浇箱梁,选用200mm铬钼合金钢棒和配套钢牛腿,配合以0.6m横向间距贝雷梁(腹板处加强0.45m)作为主要受力杆件,能有效保证施工安全和质量,为同类工程提供实践参考。 Due to the limitation of topography and geology,the high pier or the need to cross the road,some castin-place box girders can not be constructed with conventional full framing,which leads to the problems of timeconsuming and material consuming,and the construction quality is difficult to be guaranteed.Taking a large span cast-in-place box girder in Yunnan mountainous area as an example,this paper studies the construction process,system design and application of the spanning support support system.The results show that for the cast-in-place box girder with a span of 20 m and a beam height of 1.4 m,200 mm chromium molybdenum alloy steel bar and supporting steel corbel are selected,and Bailey beam with a transverse spacing of 0.6 m(strengthened by 0.45 m at the web)is used as the main load-bearing member,which can effectively ensure the construction quality Construction safety and quality,hoping to provide practical reference for similar projects.
