摘要
随着高职院校招生类型多元化,如何精准培养双创人才是摆在高职院校的重要问题。本文从“分类分层”精准育人融入“双创”教育的必要性出发,深入分析高职创新创业型人才培养存在的问题,提出要以市场为导向,制定创新创业人才培养目标;以分类分层为指导,切实推进创新创业差异性教育;以全程育人为原则,实施递进式创新创业教育等双创人才培养模式。
With the diversification of enrollment types in higher vocational colleges,how to accurately cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an important issue in higher vocational colleges.Starting from the necessity of“classification and stratification”precise education into“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”education,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward that we should take the market as the guidance,formulate the training objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship talents,effectively promote the difference education of innovation and entrepreneurship under the guidance of classification and stratification,and implement progressive innovation and entrepreneurship education based on the principle of whole process education innovation and entrepreneurship training mode.
