摘要
传递路径分析(transfer path analysis,TPA)为解决工程中的许多振动噪声问题提供了较好的解决方案,但是也存在测试效率比较低、测试过程比较繁琐等缺点。工况传递路径分析(operational transfer path analysis,OTPA)作为一种改进的TPA方法,由于其具有操作简单、测试效率高等优点,受到了工程界的青睐。但是,OTPA在提高测试效率的同时却降低了测试的精度。此外,OTPA对于传递路径的定义与传统的TPA存在差异。为了改进现有的OTPA方法,提出了一种利用主被动侧耦合点响应之间的差值来替代原先OTPA中的参考点响应信息的方法。理论分析和实验都证明了所提出的方法在工作量相当的前提下提高了OTPA的测试精度,且路径的物理意义和传统TPA保持一致。
Transfer path analysis(TPA)provides a good way to solve many vibration and noise problems in engineering,but it also has the disadvantages of low efficiency and tedious testing process.As an improved TPA method,OTPA(operational transfer path analysis)is favorable in the industry due to its advantages of simple operation and high test efficiency.However,OTPA reduces test accuracy although it can improve test efficiency.In addition,the definition of the transfer path in OTPA is very different from classical TPA.In order to improve the existing OTPA,a novel method that uses the differences of coupling point responses between the active and passive sides to replace the reference point responses was proposed.Theoretical analysis and an experiment both show that the proposed method can improve the test accuracy of OTPA without additional work.More importantly,the physical meaning of the transfer path in the proposed method is consistent with that in the classical TPA.
