摘要
目的分析半夏泻心汤联合中药保留灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎临床效果及TNF-α情况。方法选择2019年10月—2020年10月该院收治溃疡性结肠炎患者100例,按随机数表法分为两组,对照组50例使用西药治疗,研究组50例使用半夏泻心汤联合中药保留灌肠治疗,对两组患者临床效果以及TNF-α进行比较。结果研究组患者临床有效率为92.00%,高于对照组76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.867,P<0.05);研究组腹痛(0.42±0.08)分、腹泻(0.46±0.09)分、黏液脓血便积分(0.76±0.18)分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=9.933、10.372、12.711,P<0.05);研究组TNF-α(68.18±6.47)ng/L与IL-8(48.09±8.40)ng/L指标均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=20.567、19.541,P<0.05);研究组嗜睡、便秘、口干口苦等不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.005,P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎,可减轻患者临床症状,减少不良反应发生,能提升患者治疗有效率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Chinese medicine retention enema on ulcerative colitis and the status of TNF-α.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,100 patients with ulcerative colitis were admitted to the hospital and divided into two groups according to the random number table.50 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine,and 50 cases in the study group were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment,the clinical effects and TNF-αwere compared between the two groups of patients.Results The clinical effective rate of patients in the study group was 92.00%,which was higher than 76.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.867,P<0.05);the scores of the study group had abdominal pain(0.42±0.08)points,diarrhea(0.46±0.09)points,mucus,pus,blood and stool(0.76±0.18)points were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.933,10.372,12.711,P<0.05);the study group TNF-α(68.18±6.47)ng/L and IL-8(48.09±8.40)ng/L indicators were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=20.567,19.541,P<0.05);the study group had a low incidence of adverse reactions such as drowsiness,constipation,and dry mouth in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.005,P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the effective treatment efficiency of patients.
