摘要
小学数学教师的教育科研水平直接关系到小学数学教育专业化的进程。要从专家培训、教育管理、教师个人三方面来提升小学数学教师研究力水平,关注认识科学性、互动共生性、科研能动性、教学根基性、逻辑层次性。
The educational and scientific research level of primary school mathematics teachers is directly related to the process of professionalization of primary school mathematics education.From expert training,education management,individual teachers to improve the level of primary school mathematics teachers research ability,we focus on five aspects:scientific understanding,interactive symbiosis,initiatives for scientific research,the foundation of teaching and learning,logical hierarchy.
