摘要
产前超声可发现的妊娠期胎儿胆道系统发育异常主要包括胆囊大小异常、胆囊未显示、胆总管囊肿、胆囊结石(胆道沉积物)、胆囊重复畸形等。尽管胆道系统病变以良性居多,但仍有一些疾病可对胎儿产生不良影响。胆道系统疾病的产前超声检查有助于及时发现胎儿胆道系统发育异常、胎儿预后评估及新生儿出生后得到及时、有效的诊治。本文就不同胎儿胆道系统疾病产前超声表现和预后的研究进展作一综述。
Fetal biliary tract malformations that can be detected by prenatal ultrasound mainly include abnormal gallbladder size, non-visualization of the fetal gallbladder, choledochal cyst, gallstone(gallbladder cholelithiasis), gallbladder duplication, etc. Although most of these malformations are benign, there are still some diseases that can represent a major threat to the fetus. Prenatal ultrasound examinations of biliary system diseases will probably contribute to the timely detection of fetal biliary system abnormalities, fetal prognosis assessment, and early and effective diagnosis and treatment of children after birth. This paper reviews the research progress of prenatal ultrasound signs and prognosis of biliary system diseases.
