摘要
目的溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响分析。方法随机选择江西省高安市人民医院生化检验血液标本为研究对象,通过人工溶血,分析其对生化检验结果的影响。结果标本轻度溶血时,对白蛋白(ALB)、低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)、载脂蛋白A(APOA)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)和血清总胆固醇(TC)6项检验结果无影响(P>0.05),其他指标均受到显著影响(P<0.05)。但当标本重度溶血时,对LDLC、HDLC、APOB和TC 4项检验结果亦无影响(P>0.05),其他指标均受到显著影响(P<0.05)。结论溶血现象对生化检验结果存在一定影响,溶血程度越高影响越大,需要采取恰当的方式避免溶血现象,提高生化检验准确率。
Objective Analysis of the influence of hemolysis on clinical biochemical test items.Methods The blood samples of the biochemical test in the people's Hospital of Gao'an City,Jiangxi Province were randomly selected as the research object,and artificial hemolysis was used to analyze its influence on the biochemical test samples.Results When the specimen had mild hemolysis,it did not affect the results of ALB,LDLC,HDLC,APOA,APOB,and TC(P>0.05),but other indexes were significantly affected(P<0.05).However,when the specimen was heavily hemolyzed,it had no effect on the results of LDLC,HDLC,APOB,TC(P>0.05),and other indicators were significantly affected(P<0.05).Conclusion The phenomenon of hemolysis has a certain impact on the biochemical test,and the higher the degree,the greater the influence.It is necessary to take appropriate methods to avoid the hemolysis phenomenon and improve the accuracy of biochemical test.
