装配式上下分体节段管廊的厂内生产钢模板设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 预制装配式管廊已经开始运用,且预制装配的形式多样,有叠合板+现浇管廊、节段预制拼装管廊、有上下分体节段拼装管廊等,但目前的断面形式仍停留在小断面或单舱、双舱的管廊。由于城市发展,必须解决多舱大断面管廊的预制装配问题。本文以广州市天河智慧城地下综合管廊的预制生产为依托,研究混凝土大构件整体模板的设计、仿真计算以及结构预埋件等与模板的一体化设计。解决了多舱大断面管廊的预制生产的模板设计方案等难题,推动了预制管廊的快速生产和预制。 The fabrication of precast utility tunnel had already begun to be used,and the assembly forms are various including laminated panels+cast-in-place utility tunnel,segmented precast utility tunnel,and precast utility tunnel with split upper and lower part.However,the current cross-section is still a smallsection singlecabin or double-cabin utility tunnel.Due to urban development,it is necessary to solve the assembly problem of large-section multi-cabin precast utility tunnel.In this paper,the precast fabrication of the Tianhe Smart City utility tunnel in Guangzhou was used as the engineering back ground.The design,simulation calculation of the large concrete components integral formwork,and the integrated design of formwork with embedded parts are investigated.This study solved the problem of template design scheme for precast process of large-section multicabin utility tunnel,promoted the rapid fabrication and the assembly of precast utility tunnel.
