摘要
大力开展临床研究是打造研究型医院的重要环节。根据市级医院临床研究体系的建设情况,包括中心设置及运行、信息系统、临床研究项目、临床研究培训、数据核查等方面的实施情况分析,提出了在人员队伍、经费投入、管理水平、转化能力等方面存在的问题及对策建议。
Carrying out clinical research intensively is an important part of establishing a research hospital.According to the construction of the clinical research system of a municipal hospital,including the implementation of the center setting and operation,information system,clinical research projects,clinical research training,data verification,etc,this article analyzed the existing problems and put forward countermeasures in terms of personnel team,fund input,management level,transformation ability,etc.
