摘要
对植物种质资源超低温保存的研究进展进行综述。着重对玻璃化法、小滴玻璃化法、包埋玻璃化法和包埋脱水法4种超低温保存方法的研究现状进行阐述。最后分析4种超低温保存方法的优劣,并对其进行了展望。
This paper reviews the research progress of cryopreservation of plant germplasm resources.The research status of four cryopreservation methods,including cryopreservation by vitrification,cryopreservation by drop-vitrification,cryopreservation by encapsulation-vitrification and cryopreservation by encapsulation-dehydration,was reviewed.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the four cryopreservation methods were analyzed,and the prospect of them was put forward.
