摘要
目的:观察超声引导下埋线治疗偏瘫肩痛(Hemiplegia Shoulder Pain,HSP)的临床疗效。方法:将30例入组患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各15例,对照组给予规范康复治疗,包括针刺、低频脉冲电治疗、被动活动等,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上将常规针刺治疗由埋线治疗替代。共治疗4周,记录偏瘫上肢Fugl-Meyer(FM)运动功能评定、静止时和肩被动外展90°时视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)疼痛评分,并计算治疗前后的各项指标评分差值,采用统计产品和服务解决方案(Statistical Product and Service Solutions,SPSS)25.0统计软件建立数据库,进行统计分析。结果:两组经治疗后上肢FM评分及肩痛VAS评分均有改善,但改善幅度治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在综合康复治疗基础上加用埋线治疗能改善HSP,无论静止状态下还是被动活动状态下的VAS评分均能够降低,并提高FM评分,对患者康复有利。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided embedding therapy in the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain(HSP). Methods: 30 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was given standard rehabilitation treatment, including acupuncture, low-frequency pulsed electric treatment, passive activity,etc. The treatment group received embedding therapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group. After a total of 4 weeks of treatment, for hemiplegic upper limb Fugl-Meyer(FM) score and visual analogue scale(VAS) pain score of stationary and passive shoulder abduction at 90°were recorded, and the difference in scores of various indicators before and after treatment was calculated. SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to establish a database for statistical analysis. Results: FM score of upper limb and VAS score of shoulder pain in both groups were improved after treatment, but the improvement extent of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In addition to comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, embedding therapy can relieve HSP. VAS score can be reduced in both static state and passive activity state, and FM score can be improved, which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.
