摘要
目的:研讨二氧化碳点阵激光技术配合硅酮凝胶治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的效果。方法:2018年7月-2020年5月收治面部痤疮瘢痕患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组单纯行二氧化碳点阵激光技术处理;观察组应用二氧化碳点阵激光技术配合硅酮凝胶治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且半年复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)两组患者不良反应情况比较:治疗期间,观察组出现水肿2例,发生率为4.0%;对照组出现水肿、红斑以及色素沉着,各1例,发生率为6.0%。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在二氧化碳点阵激光技术治疗下,对面部痤疮瘢痕患者使用硅酮凝胶外敷,能够提升疗效,降低复发率,且不增加不良反应发生率。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with silicone gel on patients with facial acne scars.Methods:From July 2018 to May 2020,100 cases of patients with facial acne scar were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with carbon dioxide fractional laser.The observation group was treated with carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with silicone gel.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the half-year recurrence rate was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients:during the treatment period,there were 2 cases of edema in the observation group,with an incidence of 4.0%;edema,erythema,and pigmentation in the control group,1 case each,with an incidence of 6.0%.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the treatment of carbon dioxide fractional laser,silicone gel can improve the curative effect,reduce the recurrence rate and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
