摘要
目的探讨清神定狂汤对双相情感障碍躁狂发作及认知功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月于郑州市第八人民医院精神科接受治疗的84例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数表法分为研究组和对照组。研究组服用自拟清神定狂汤,对照组服用碳酸锂缓释片,两组患者均连续治疗2个月。治疗结束后根据Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)对两组进行躁狂症状评分,根据韦氏记忆量表(WMS)对两组进行认知功能评分。结果治疗后研究组疗效分级情况优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组BRMS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组WMS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟清神定狂汤对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者疗效较好,可减轻患者躁狂症状以及提高认知功能,建议临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of Qingshen Dingkuang Decoction on manic episodes and cognitive function of bipolar disorder.Methods A prospective study of 84 patients with bipolar disorder and manic episodes who were treated in the Psychiatric Department of the Eighth People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The study group was given self-made Qingshen Dingkuang Decoction,and the control group was given lithium carbonate sustained-release tablets.Patients in both groups were treated for two consecutive months.After treatment,the two groups were scored for manic symptoms according to the Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale(BRMS),and the two groups were scored for cognitive function according to the Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS).Results After treatment,the efficacy classification of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the BRMS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the WMS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Qingshen Dingkuang Decoction has a good effect on patients with bipolar disorder manic episode,and it has obvious effects on reducing the symptoms of mania and improving cognitive function.It is recommended for clinical use.
