界面橡胶对钢抱箍承载力的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Rubber Spacer on Bearing Capacity of Steel Hoops

摘要 抱箍作为施工中的临时构件,其可靠性对工程安全起着决定性作用。为探究钢抱箍与被箍钢管界面之间橡胶垫对抱箍承载力的影响,开展了橡胶垫组和无橡胶垫组,每组3个抱箍试件,合计6套钢抱箍试验。对界面是否设置橡胶垫及不同螺栓预紧力下的钢抱箍破坏模态、荷载–位移特性及承载力进行详细研究。研究表明:钢抱箍与被箍钢管界面之间设置的橡胶垫显著降低了钢抱箍承载力;橡胶垫还明显削弱界面剪切刚度,导致破坏时抱箍与钢管之间的相对滑移和残余位移增大,同等压力下设置橡胶垫的钢抱箍将产生更大的滑移位移;接近极限荷载时,橡胶垫可消除抱箍与被箍试件之间呈现的滑移和锁定反复交替出现的“震荡”现象,从加载伊始至破坏阶段,荷载–位移曲线均呈现光滑。 As a temporary construction member,the reliability of hoops plays a decisive role on the security of engineering.To explore the effect of rubber spacer between hoops and steel tube on the bearing capacity of steel hoops,experiments of steel hoops with/without rubber spacer;two groups with three specimens per group are conducted.The failure model,load-displacement property and bearing capacity of steel hoops with/without rubber spacer and different pre-tightening force of bolts are studied in detail.Our investigation indicates that the rubber spacer between steel hoops and steel tube remarkably decreases the bearing capacity of steel hoops.At the same time,the rubber spacer still obviously weakens the shear stiffness of the interface between hoops and steel tube,which leads to the increasing of the relative slip and the residual displacement between steel hoops and steel tube,and the more slip displacement will occur for the steel hoops with rubber spacer.Lastly,the rubber spacer may eliminate the shock phenomenon of slip and lock of interface between steel hoops and steel tube take place alternately nearing the limit loading,and it ensures the curve of load-displacement to be smooth from the starting of loading to the end.
