摘要
针对坡度较缓斜井,普通溜槽无法正常运输混凝土的特点,运用了较普通溜槽更为光滑的搪瓷溜槽,实现了小坡度斜井混凝土正常运输下放。相较于采用泵管输送混凝土,搪瓷溜槽具有运用灵活、不堵管、安拆方便、易清理等特点。经现场实践,搪瓷溜槽在小坡度长斜井输送混凝土过程中表现优异,相较于普通溜槽和泵送,搪瓷溜槽因其摩擦因数小、耐久性好、溜送混凝土平顺等特性,更加适用于小坡度长斜井。实现斜井钻爆与混凝土衬砌同步施工,提高生产效率,产生较好的经济效益。
In view of fact that the ordinary trough in the inclined shaft with gentle slope can’t normally transport concrete,enamel trough which is smoother than ordinary trough is used to realize the normal transport and lowering of concrete in inclined shaft with small slope.Compared with pumping concrete,enamel trough has the features of flexible application,no pipe plugging,convenient installation and removal,easy cleaning.According to field practice,enamel trough is better than ordinary trough and pump in the process of conveying concrete in small slope long inclined shaft,and it is more suitable for small slope long inclined shaft because of its small friction coefficient,good durability and smooth delivery of concrete.It realizes simultaneous construction of inclined shaft drilling and blasting with concrete lining,improves production efficiency and generates good economic benefits.
